Article: The natural beauty routine that changes everything

The natural beauty routine that changes everything

Beyond simple application, the secret lies in the movements. Lymphatic drainage massage with organic facial oil stimulates microcirculation and promotes toxin elimination. But for this to happen, it's essential to properly prepare your skin. Here's a simple and proven routine that you can easily replicate at home:

Step 1: CLEANSE

The first step is to thoroughly cleanse the skin. Nüssa's illuminating cleansing gel is ideal, but always opt for a gentle cleanser suited to your skin type.

For the body, a gentle shower gel or superfatted soap will cleanse without drying. The idea is to remove impurities while preserving the skin's natural hydration.

Step 2: EXFOLIATE

Exfoliation is the key to radiant and smooth skin. For the face, you can use Nüssa's exfoliating powder, which gently removes dead skin cells and restores a glowing complexion. For the body, the sisal brush will be perfect for stimulating circulation, eliminating dead skin cells, and refining skin texture.

This exfoliation should be gentle and regular to avoid any irritation.

Step 3: NOURISH

After exfoliating, it's time to deeply nourish the skin. For the face, apply Nüssa's organic treatment oil, for a natural glow and optimal hydration.

In the evening, opt for the cocooning night oil, ideal for regenerating the skin during sleep. For the body, mix a few drops of Nüssa's flower oil with a vegetable oil you already have at home, or apply Nüssa's body treatment oil directly for soft, supple, and perfectly hydrated skin. 2 in 1, it will beautify your hair thanks to the benefits

Take advantage of each of these steps in your routine to apply pressure points that promote lymphatic drainage:

  • When cleansing the skin in the shower: make small circles on the temples and jawline: two areas where tension accumulates.
  • When exfoliating the face: gently insist on the sides of the nose, the chin, and the area between the eyebrows.
  • When exfoliating the body: focus on areas where lymph circulates slowly: armpits, groin folds, hollows behind the knees.
  • Finally, when massaging with organic facial oil: massage in upward movements from the center outwards. Finish with light pressure on the temples, around the eyes, under the cheekbones, and along the neck (towards the clavicle). And a few drops of the flower oil mixed with your vegetable oil or Nussa dry body oil: apply the body treatment oil in slow, draining movements, always from bottom to top (from ankles to thighs, then from arms to shoulders).

These movements stimulate the lymphatic system, reduce swelling, and promote a refined silhouette.

Always keep this pattern in mind: from the center outwards and from bottom to top:

Puis shéma du corps de dos illustré de flèches indiquant la direction des massages lymphatoques à effectuer: du bas des jambes vers le haut de chaque coté de la colonne vertebrale vers le haut sur les extérieurs puis les bras en partant des épaules vers les poignets.
